How is Sewer Billed?
Sewer billing is not tied to consumption, instead every property in the Village is assessed an EDU (Equivalent Dwelling Unit).

Methodology for Determining EDU
The minimum sewer rate is $141 for 1 EDU (see Appendix A above for EDU Categories). There is also a $5.00 per EDU Capital Improvement fee which is for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the sewer collection system.
